Thai Yoga massage
A dynamic full body massage which works with the bodies meridians (energy lines) to optimise organ health and physical wellbeing. Using mixture of deep static pressure, acupressure, passive stretching and dynamic movement, Thai massage can be beneficial to release both deep and superficial tension in the body, boost energy levels, and encourage relaxation.

Reiki
Reiki is an energetic healing practice which promotes relaxation, can reduce stress and anxiety and help with sleep and general well-being.
It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. The practice is also referred to as hands on healing, as universal energy is channelled through the hands to help balance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
A session will start with a quick consultation to determine where to channel focus, and then, using a light touch, or at times with hands hovering above the body, we work through your energy centres (chakras). This energy medicine is a gentle and non-invasive therapy.

Sessions can be in my therapy space in Santo Isidoro, in the comfort of your home, or I also offer distance healing over an online call.

Intuitive oil massage
A relaxing full body oil massage tailored to your bodies needs. Soothing the muscles and calming the nervous system for a deep rest and reset. Allow your body to be pampered with this intuitive oil massage. Experience a gentle and soothing massage, combined with deep tension release in the muscles for an overall feeling of well-being.

Yoga
My yoga classes are creative, incorporating many aspects of conscious flow through balance, strengthening, stretching, breath-work and meditation. I believe yoga is for every body, and so my teaching style is soft and explorative.

I completed my initial teacher training in the summer of 2016 with Frog Lotus Yoga in the beautiful setting of Suryalila Yoga Centre in Andalusia, Spain. and since have deepened my practice and teaching style through ongoing training and teaching all over the world.

Tarot
Weaving the magic of tarot and the symbology of astrology to provide twelve card astro-tarot readings. An in depth session can focus on a particular theme or look at the querent's life more broadly.

I offer 12 card astro-tarot readings where we use each card to symbolise a house of the zodiac, and have a look at how this corresponds to your astrological trinity.
​
I also offer smaller tarot readings in the form of a one hour session or a three card reading which you can add on to any other treatment.

Creativity workshops
I host creative exploration workshops to explore our creative essence through flow and meditative body awareness. These workshops explore our connection to our own playful creativity through poetry and collage and work to release the inner critic by connecting deeply to our subconscious selves and releasing the judgment of the ego.
