Welcome! My name is Fiona. My passions are facilitating health and healing through multiple disciplines, including mindful movement, pranayama, creative exploration, and bodywork - including massage & energy work. ​

Thai Yoga Massage
An energetic healing practice. The word 'reiki' comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. An energy healing session can help to invite harmony in body and spirit.
Reiki
A dynamic full body massage which works with the bodies meridians (energy lines) to optimise organ health and physical wellbeing. Using deep static pressure, shaking, stillness, rocking, stretching and conscious body listening,
Intuitive Oil Massage
A relaxing full body oil massage tailored to your bodies needs. Soothing the muscles and calming the nervous system for a deep rest and reset. Allow your body to be pampered.
Yoga

Classes are creative and fluid, incorporating many aspects of conscious flow through balance, strengthening, stretching, breath-work and meditation. Private or group classes available.

Aerial yoga classes are available to book online. Reach out for private classes or to join vinyasa classes at local guesthouses in Ericeira.
Meditation

Tarot
Tarot and oracle cards are a tools I have used to support my personal inquiry for most of my life and I love to share this practice with others. An in depth session can focus on a particular theme or look at the querent's life more broadly.
